- No Returns on Opened Products
Once a product has been opened, used, or partially consumed, it is not eligible for return or refund for safety and hygiene reasons. - Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable. - Wrong Product Delivered
If an incorrect product is delivered, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will replace the product or initiate a refund after verification. - Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase. - Non-Returnable Items
All edible food products, once delivered successfully and in good condition, are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied. - Order Cancellation
