RETURN AND REFUND

At Zestora Foods, we take great care to deliver high-quality, hygienically packed food products. Due to the nature of food items, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  1. No Returns on Opened Products
    Once a product has been opened, used, or partially consumed, it is not eligible for return or refund for safety and hygiene reasons.
  2. Damaged or Defective Products
    If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
    After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
  3. Wrong Product Delivered
    If an incorrect product is delivered, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will replace the product or initiate a refund after verification.
  4. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
  5. Non-Returnable Items
    All edible food products, once delivered successfully and in good condition, are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
  6. Order Cancellation
    Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
